You will coordinate onboarding, manage workloads, support recruitment and performance management, and contribute to continuous improvement and process automation across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice management or operations management within a professional services environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with workflow or practice management software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow across client engagements.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ensure excellent client service.
• Lead, support, and develop team members while managing workloads and productivity.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
