Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking an experienced Deputy Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across client engagements in Lahore. This on-site role requires a proactive leader who can drive workflow, enhance service quality, and support continuous operational improvement.

You will allocate work, monitor progress, coordinate onboarding, mentor staff, assist with recruitment, ensure policy compliance, and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice management or operations leadership in a professional services environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with workflow or practice management software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow across client engagements.
• Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ensure excellent client service.
• Lead, support, and develop team members while managing workloads.
