Arkhitech in Lahore is seeking a Sales Officer to promote POS software and related solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, demonstrating software features, and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as a cashier using POS systems, strong communication skills, and a customer-facing mindset. IT/software background is an added advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier using POS systems is preferred.
• Sales or customer-facing experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of computers and software.
• IT/software knowledge or educational background will be a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell POS software and related solutions to potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Visit and communicate with customers to understand their business requirements.
• Demonstrate POS software and explain its features and benefits.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and support.
