Job summary

Blink Co Technologies in Islamabad is seeking a POS Implementation Specialist to deploy Blink POS at client sites. This field-based role focuses on hands-on installation, configuration, and ensuring seamless in-store experiences.

You will train store teams, troubleshoot on-site issues, and coordinate with product and support teams to deliver successful go-lives while traveling across assigned cities/regions.

Qualifications

Blink Co. Technologies is looking for a skilled POS Implementation Specialist to bring its Blink POS system to life at client locations. This is a field-based, hands-on role focused on delivering seamless in-store experiences and ensuring successful client deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure POS hardware, including terminals, printers, and scanners
• Set up and customize Blink POS software based on client requirements
• Train store teams on effective system usage and best practices
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness
• Support smooth and successful client go-live processes
• Coordinate with product and support teams for escalations and issue resolution

Role Overview

• Act as the bridge between Blink's product and real-world client operations
• Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth deployment experience
• Serve as the frontline representative of Blink Co. Technologies on-site
• Maintain strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders
