Visiomate is seeking a Sales Representative to join our expanding team and drive growth for our in-house enterprise POS & ERP platform, tailored for premium restaurants and food chains across Pakistan. You will generate leads, meet decision makers, and manage demonstrations through the full sales cycle from outreach to signing.

You will work in Lahore, engaging with restaurant owners and managers, building relationships, and achieving monthly onboarding and revenue targets.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in restaurant/food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets, onboarding clients, and generating revenue.
• Comfortable with field sales, cold visits, and client meetings across Lahore.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.
• Must have own conveyance for travel within Lahore.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through city surveys, cold visits, referrals, and WhatsApp outreach.
• Meet restaurant owners, General Managers, and key decision makers.
• Coordinate and manage product demonstrations and presentations.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Follow up consistently to close deals within agreed timelines.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly pipeline updates.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
