You will drive growth by turning brand strategies into actionable commercial plans, coordinating Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure flawless marketplace execution. The role focuses on trade-spend management, distribution delivery, and delivering on key business objectives using category and shopper insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Development, Category Management, Trade Marketing or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of category, brand, channel and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and topline delivery for assigned brands/categories across channels and geographies.
• Lead MBP cycles and translate priorities into executable commercial plans.
• Develop ICP plans translating brand strategy into channel and SKU priorities.
• Plan and manage trade spend within defined budget.
• Monitor distribution, coverage and KPI delivery with Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align priorities.
