You will fill every training batch with eligible graduates. When they finish, you will help them into jobs, freelancing or their own businesses within three months of completing the program. You will build and manage our employer partner network, and you will be the program’s named Placement Officer with PSDF. You will report to the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Employer partnerships
- Build the Employment Plan within 30 days of the project start, and refresh it every six months.
- Sign MoUs and letters of intent with employers across sectors such as IT, textile, retail, banking, logistics, healthcare and agriculture.

- Prepare trainee profiles, ID cards and the Pre-Batch Report for each batch.
Career readiness during training
- Work with trainers to deliver the freelancing and career sessions, covering Upwork and Fiverr profiles, proposal writing and portfolio building.
- Share trainee CVs with employers from Week 8 and schedule interviews in Weeks 10–12.
- Organize one job fair per city for each cohort.
Placement and verification
- Place graduates in order of their final score and follow up with each one every week during the three-month placement window.
- Collect proof of income in the format PSDF requires, such as appointment letters, EOBI registration, bank statements, freelancing invoices and platform earnings.
- Refer graduates who want to start their own business to startup mentoring.
- Support PSDF’s independent tracer at the 3-, 6- and 12-month verification points, and answer queries within two working days.
- Keep the enrolment, placement and linkage registers complete and ready for audit.
What Success Looks Like
- 70% of certified graduates in each batch are earning verified income within three months, through employment, freelancing or their own business.
- At least 25 employer MoUs or letters of intent across 6 or more sectors are signed before the first batch starts.
- Every batch enrols 30 eligible trainees on schedule, 40% of them women, with no de-registrations.

- Plans, reports and job fairs are delivered on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years in placements, recruitment, admissions or employer relations.
- An active employer network in Punjab.
- Working knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Strong record keeping and reporting skills.
- Experience with PSDF, NAVTTC, TEVTA or similar skills programs is a plus.
