PwC Pakistan is seeking a Manager for Performance & Talent to lead firm-wide initiatives in performance management and talent development. You will partner with the HC team to strengthen frameworks, succession planning, and competency development, using data-driven insights to improve capability and employee experience.

In this role, you will design governance, run leadership reviews, and build dashboards for senior leadership.

Competenze

5+ years of relevant experience in performance management, talent management, organization development, or related areas.
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or organizational development; master's degree preferred.
Strong data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and leadership coaching skills.

Mansioni

Lead the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting and evaluation timelines.
Design and improve performance frameworks, KPI structures and rating methodologies.
Drive succession planning and talent reviews with identified critical roles and pipelines.
Plan and deliver development centers, 360-degree feedback, and leadership initiatives.
Translate strategy into practical talent programs and measurable action plans.
Lead change management and adoption for new people processes and technologies.
Develop dashboards and reports consolidating performance, talent and engagement data.
Manage the Performance & Talent project portfolio with governance and milestones.
