Job summary

HR Capital Consultants is seeking a Performance Manager for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Karachi. You will own the end-to-end performance management cycle, develop KPIs, KRAs, MBOs and Balanced Scorecards, and drive PMS digitalization through dashboards and analytics.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of experience in Performance Management, excellent communication, analytical and team-management skills, and a proven track record in delivering performance improvements across

• Experience leading PMS digitalization and automation, including dashboards and analytics.
