Job summary

TechSurge Inc invites an experienced engineering leader to supervise a team of developers and implementation support engineers delivering changes across Payments, Liquidity, and Virtual Account products.

You will analyze requirements with SME/BA, review BRD, manage demand pipelines, design end-to-end solutions, and coordinate with internal and external partners through PMO and release cycles.

Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on development in Java/J2EE/EJB/Spring Boot.
• 6+ years in Oracle Banking Products (OBP/OBMA) back-end customizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or CS; relevant certifications.
• Experience with Ojet, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Netflix Conductor workflows, PL/SQL, SQL.
• Exposure to OBRH (Oracle Banking Routing Hub) in OBMA.
• Experience with integration using Flexcube Core for Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of developers and implementation support engineers delivering changes.
• Perform requirement analysis with SME/BA; review BRD for clear requirements.
• Support demand pipeline management, solution design, delivery planning and execution.
• Design end-to-end solutions including product, integration and architecture.
• Coordinate go-live activities with internal and external tech partners.
• Lead test execution, defect triage and production deployment activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of FS documents and code drops for release and testing.
