Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the banking industry, with 7-8 years in team, project and program management focused on testing activities.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and align stakeholders to deliver testing objectives.
• Experience planning, prioritizing, and executing test cycles within project timelines.
• Knowledge of major banking applications; Oracle GTB exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to meet project/BAU testing targets.
• Support shadowing, training, and continuity of deliverables within the team.
• Recognize team achievements and promote high performance.
• Provide administrative support including meetings, knowledge transfer and reporting.
• Deliver testing cycles aligned with organizational objectives and project success criteria.
• Guide stakeholders in envisioning tests, planning, prioritizing and defining roles.
• Perform test management activities: planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk and RCA.
• Assist in preparing project and annual budgets for test management activities.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure adequate resources for demands.
• Adhere to project management, information controls, security frameworks, and change/incident processes.
• Interact with business, technology, operations, enabling units, 3rd parties and senior management.
