Techsurge Private Limited is seeking an experienced technical lead to supervise a team of developers and implementation engineers across Payments, Liquidity, and Virtual Account products. You will analyze requirements with SME/BA teams, validate BRDs, and coordinate delivery with internal and external partners.

The role requires 12+ years in Java/J2EE, SOAP/REST, and Oracle Banking product experience. You will drive solution design, timelines, and production readiness in a cloud/DevOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; professional certifications preferred.
• 12+ years hands-on development in Java, J2EE, EJB, Spring Boot, JS frameworks, Oracle DB.
• 12+ years experience in SOAP, JSON, XML, Messaging, Rest/Micro Services.
• 6+ years in Oracle Banking products like Extensibility Toolkit, OBP, OBMA back end customizations.
• Hands-on experience with Ojet framework, HTML, CSS, jQuery, PL/SQL, SQL.
• Exposure to OBMA/OBP OB graphical components and integration with Flexcube Core.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of developers and implementation support engineers to deliver changes in Payments, Liquidity, and Virtual Account products.
• Perform requirement analysis with SME/BA teams and validate BRD requirements.
• Coordinate go live activities and ensure timely delivery of deliverables and production readiness.
• Lead test execution, defect triage, production release planning, and post-production support.
