Responsibilities

• Manage a diversified team responsible for critical services delivery and support.
• Ensure 24x7 delivery and support across multiple locations.
• Stabilize and ensure uptime of microservices through regular reviews with infrastructure teams.
• Lead deliverables interacting with business units with competency in Microservices, IBM BAW, and DevOps.
• Handle BAU across BAW and Microservices with analytical problem solving to avoid business impact.
• Build and manage digital assets under MOFT framework.
• Implement microservices across multiple teams and document solutions.
• Analyze existing systems to convert core processes into workflow-based framework.
• Customize legacy utilities to decouple from monolithic architecture.
• Model and develop microservices adhering to architecture standards.
• Engage in change management and provide advisory services for environments & systems.
