Job summary

CureMD Corporation is seeking a Payer Support Associate in Lahore to strengthen communication between CureMD, providers, payers, and internal teams. You will research payer requirements, support payer-related workflows, and maintain payer data accuracy to improve procedures.

The role involves analyzing EDI transactions, documenting changes, and contributing to process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal standards. US shift work is required as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Working knowledge of different data analysis and AI tools.
• Ability to work in US shifts and rotational schedules.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain payer-specific policies, guidelines, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Assist in analyzing EDI transactions (270/271, 276/277, 837, 835, etc.) to identify data discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of payer information, process updates, and operational changes.
• Provide assistance in review and validating payer data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Perform basic root cause analysis for payer and EDI-related issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Support application and process improvement initiatives by documenting requirements and tracking issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and maintain data integrity.
• Communicate findings and process updates to stakeholders.
