Job summary

Zones Pakistan is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Specialist to provide administrative and program support to the Partner Marketing team. You will coordinate partner funding claims, PoP submissions, partner portal activities, invoice tracking, reimbursements, and other fund related tasks.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects and maintaining accurate documentation while working with internal teams and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science required.
• 2+ years in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations or partner marketing.
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
• Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, and iterate to get the best results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Drive for documenting and optimizing processes.
• Deep understanding of Office products, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner Funding & Claims Administration: manage portal submissions for MDF, co-op, rebates, incentives and other funding programs; track status and ensure documentation is submitted on time; coordinate PoP collection and submission with stakeholders; monitor approvals and reimburse timelines; maintain funding trackers and dashboards.
• Partner Program Support: serve as administrative resource for funding programs and portal activities; maintain portal access and submission records; support audits and compliance requests.
• Invoice & Financial Coordination: monitor open invoices; follow up on delays; validate documentation; maintain records of funding utilization and reimbursement activity.
• Project & Administrative Support: track deliverables and deadlines for F&O funded projects; maintain trackers and status reports; assist with data entry, reporting, and process improvements.
• Reporting & Governance: develop regular reports on claim status and reconciliation; ensure compliance with controls; provide visibility into deadlines and requirements.
