Zones is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Specialist to provide administrative and program support to the Partner Marketing team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role coordinates partner funding claims, proof-of-performance submissions, partner portal activities, invoice tracking, reimbursements, and related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science required.
• 2+ years in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations or partner marketing.
• Experience with SharePoint aplus.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
• Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, and iterate.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Drive for documenting and optimizing processes.
• Deep understanding of Office products, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner Funding & Claims Administration: manage portal submissions for MDF, co-op, rebates, incentives, and other programs.
• Track claim status and ensure documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
• Coordinate PoP collection, validation, and submission with internal stakeholders and partner portals.
• Monitor claim approvals, denials, and reimbursement timelines; escalate as required.
• Maintain funding trackers and dashboards for visibility into outstanding claims.
• Partner Program Support: administer portal access and records; support audits with required docs.
• Invoice & Financial Coordination: monitor open invoices and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Validate supporting documentation and maintain records of funding utilization.
• Project & Administrative Support: track deliverables, deadlines, and documentation for F&O-funded projects.
• Maintain project trackers and status reports for multiple initiatives; support data entry and process improvements.
• Reporting & Governance: develop regular reports on claim status and reimbursement activity; ensure compliance.
