PrimeXBT Trading Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Partner Acquisition Manager to scale our global partner ecosystem in the Pakistan market. You will own the partner journey from first contact to activation, sourcing high-quality partners and shaping campaigns to hit performance milestones.

The role is hands-on and targets-driven, with responsibility for onboarding, activation, and ongoing partner optimization across multiple channels and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working with targets and KPIs.
• Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven.
• Experience using CRMs and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies).
• Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks.
• Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls.
