Part-Time Concierge in Karachi

As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a part-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about local attractions, restaurants and events
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, transportation services and other activities
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage storage and handling
• Coordinate guest requests such as room service, laundry and transportation
• Ensure the safety of guests by monitoring security cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
• Keep track of guest preferences to provide personalised service during future visits

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in using computers and basic software programs such as Microsoft Office
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
