Job summary

IQVIA in Gujranwala is seeking a field operations supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of a Data Collectors team involved in primary data collection. You will recruit physicians and other healthcare professionals, build long-term clinician relationships, and guide junior staff through administrative and data collection tasks.

You will monitor quality metrics, serve as an ambassador to external contacts, and act as the internal liaison for physician queries, with travel as required to

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel as required for the role.
