Job summary

CBRE Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand its Project Management and Facilities Management offerings across the country. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth with local blue-chip organizations, developers, and institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of proven business development, sales, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in Pakistan in PM, Construction, Engineering, Real Estate, FM, or related services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of generating business through networks and direct client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of PM and FM businesses across Pakistan for local blue-chip Companies through client acquisition and market development.
• Identify and qualify opportunities within local corporate organizations, industrial groups, developers, financial institutions, and public sector entities.
• Develop sector-specific market entry and client acquisition strategies aligned with Pakistan's business environment.
• Maintain an active network of stakeholders, decision-makers, investors, project sponsors, facility leaders and procurement teams.
• Leverage relationships and market intelligence to secure access to opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Build a healthy pipeline with clear conversion strategies and revenue targets; achieve annual sales and revenue goals.
