Job summary

Sperton Pakistan is seeking a versatile Business Development Manager from the Construction Projects sector with a Civil Engineering background to lead project execution and drive commercial growth.

This dual-capability role requires winning new construction contracts and owning end-to-end delivery on time, within budget, and to technical specifications, while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc./B.E. in Civil Engineering (PEC registration required).
• 6–10 years of combined experience in civil project execution and technical sales/business development.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, structural drawings, contract types (FIDIC/local), Primavera P6/MS Project, and BOQ estimation.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct negotiations, and close high-value B2B projects.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify, target, and secure new commercial, industrial, and infrastructure project contracts.
• Client Engagement: Pitch to developers, consultants, general contractors, and corporate clients to expand market footprint.
• Tendering & Estimations: Review BOQs and drawings to prepare competitive proposals and bids.
• New Business Development: Develop opportunities across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Technical Sales: Provide suitable technical solutions and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Project Execution & Operations: Oversee lifecycles from ground-break to handover with safety and quality.
