Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP software such as Odoo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Assist with invoice preparation, financial records, and accounting documentation.
• Perform data entry, filing, and document management for HR and Accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth HR and finance operations.
• Assist with other administrative tasks assigned by the HR and Finance departments.
