Brain Box Automations is seeking a contract Paid Ads Expert (Meta Ads) to plan, run, and optimize campaigns remotely. The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads and knowledge of Google/TikTok Ads as a plus.

You will manage campaigns for clients and internal projects, build structures, and ensure tracking accuracy while testing and scaling high‑performing ads. The position is remote with flexible hours and project-based engagement.

Qualifications

Paid Ads Expert (Meta Ads) – Contract (Remote)

Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Project-Based Engagement

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced contract Paid Ads Expert to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across our client accounts and internal projects.

Meta Ads experience is mandatory. Experience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads is a strong plus.

This is a hands‑on role. We need someone who has managed real campaigns and real budgets, not someone with only theoretical knowledge. As part of the application, you’ll also be required to submit a short video demonstrating relevant previous work.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for clients and internal projects
• Build campaign structures matched to the goal, whether that’s lead generation, e-commerce sales, or conversions
• Set up and audit tracking, including Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion events, and flag data that looks wrong
• Run structured tests on audiences, creatives, offers, and placements
• Scale winning campaigns and cut what isn’t performing
• Give creative direction based on what the data shows

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience with at least one of the following:
• Lead Generation — e.g. generating qualified leads for home services, plumbing, construction, or other service businesses
• Experience running paid campaigns in at least one Tier 1 market, such as the US, Canada, Australia, UK, or Europe
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, creatives, tracking, testing, and optimization
• Ability to analyze performance beyond surface‑level metrics and make decisions based on CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads is an additional advantage
