Qualifications

• 6 months of prior outbound call center, tele-sales, or verification experience.
• Clear, professional verbal communication with an American accent.
• Proficiency using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for data entry and lookups.
• Ability to multitask across screens and systems while maintaining call quality.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to process and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to verify account or contact information.
• Verify information and qualify leads according to company protocols before transfer.
• Transfer verified calls to the appropriate internal specialist, agent, or department.
• Navigate and update CRM records quickly and accurately during and after calls.
• Meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly transfer and verification targets.
• Follow documented procedures and compliance guidelines for outbound calling and data handling.
