Job summary

TopWebs Pvt Ltd in Lahore is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive outbound calls, follow up on leads, and present our services to prospective clients. You will manage the sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing and customer service, support onboarding, and contribute to sales strategies and team training, with targets to meet in a dynamic, on-site role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proven sales, lead generation, negotiation and closing abilities.
Experience in inside sales, telesales or business development.
Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools and data-driven approaches.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills on-site.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and identify needs.
