Job summary

Cordatus Resource Group is seeking a hybrid role blending consulting and engineering to design, pitch, and build custom outbound systems for diverse clients. You will work directly with clients on discovery, strategy, and execution.

Expect to implement workflows in Clay, La Growth Machine, and n8n, ensure deliverability, and integrate with CRMs while managing multiple accounts and delivering business value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building outbound automation with advanced Clay features.
• Hands-on multichannel outbound experience with LGM or comparable tools.
• Hands-on n8n experience with webhooks and API calls.
• Working knowledge of cold email deliverability and major CRMs.
• Client-facing experience: discovery, recommendations, and pushback handling.
• Strong copywriting: turn AI drafts into high-converting messages.
• Sound compliance judgment for CAN-SPAM, GDPR and opt-out handling.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with clients to understand ICP, offer, sales motion, and what they’ve tried.
• Propose new outreach strategies and campaign concepts with business impact.
• Build enrichment, scoring, and personalization workflows in Clay with APIs.
• Build and manage multichannel sequences (email and LinkedIn) in La Growth Machine.
• Build and maintain workflows connecting Clay, LGM, and n8n with CRMs via webhooks.
• Own deliverability: domain setup, warmup, sending limits, and monitoring.
• Track results, diagnose issues, and iterate quickly.
• Turn one-off builds into reusable templates and workflows.
• Manage 3–5 client accounts with clear timelines and proactive communication.
