Job summary

Strattmont is seeking a GTM Engineer to author and deploy a full outbound engine from signal sourcing to contextualized prospects. You will leverage Clay/n8n/Make and APIs to enrich contacts, and create personalization that references real triggers within our tools stack.

You will track performance by trigger type, test signals, and push for scalable, low-manual interventions as the pipeline matures.

Qualifications

• Built lead-gen or enrichment pipelines with Clay, n8n or Make.
• Able to work with APIs, webhooks and data wrangling in Python/SQL.
• Understands outbound sales mechanics and signal importance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build signal-based lead pipelines end-to-end.
• Create enrichment workflows feeding Apollo/HubSpot/Sendpilot stacks.
• Draft first-line personalization logic that references actual triggers.
• Set up tracking for reply and meeting rates by trigger type.
• Continuously test and optimize signal sources for conversion.
