Brickstech is seeking a growth-oriented specialist to own outbound sales initiatives and GTM execution. You will build ICPs, segment audiences, and personalize outreach to target US-based customers across multi-channel campaigns.

This role requires hands-on experience with cold email systems, CRMs like Salesforce, and automation tools, with the ability to drive strategy and execution end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound sales, GTM, or growth roles.
• Hands-on with cold email systems and CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and US outbound market.
• Ability to own both strategy and execution independently.

Requirements
