Job summary

Plutus21 Partners is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our go-to-market team. You will build and maintain the systems that identify, reach, and convert customers, working across our sales, marketing, and operations functions.

The position sits between engineering and go-to-market. You will automate manual revenue processes, connect platforms used by commercial teams, and build tooling to improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in go-to-market engineering, revenue operations, or comparable technical role supporting a commercial function.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with large language models and applying them to business workflows.
• Understanding of how sales, marketing and customer success use data.
• Ability to translate business problems into working systems with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfort with changing requirements and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual go-to-market processes and replace with automated workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between sales, marketing, and operations platforms.
• Design data enrichment workflows to improve prospect and account records.
• Build lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management systems.
• Develop AI agents and language model workflows for research, qualification, drafting, and prioritization.
• Own data integrity across commercial systems including synchronization and hygiene.
• Design and maintain outbound campaign infrastructure, sequencing, deliverability, and performance tracking.
• Write scripts and services to extend platform functionality.
• Build internal tools and dashboards for commercial workflows.
• Lead projects end-to-end from problem to deployment and measurement.
• Instrument systems to measure performance and business impact.
• Ensure reliability with monitoring, error handling, retries, and alerts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize based on friction and impact.
• Produce reporting and dashboards for visibility into performance.
• Document systems and enable others to operate them.
• Evaluate new tools and prototypes to support build/buy decisions.
• Participate in planning and technical decisions across go-to-market.
