Job summary

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) in Karachi is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant to provide production support for SCM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management. You will troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and work with business users and technical teams to implement effective solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience, strong knowledge of P2P and O2C processes, and the ability to operate onsite in Karachi.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM/Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Production Support / AMS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Onsite in Karachi as per job location.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM applications.
• Support Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
• Troubleshoot functional, transactional, and application-related issues.
• Analyze and resolve procurement, inventory transactions, order processing, and fulfillment issues.
• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams to implement functional solutions.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA timelines.
• Provide production support within AMS environments.
• Support SCM testing, deployments, and production releases.
