Tvgm in Lahore seeks a Senior Operations & Admin Manager to own numbers and operations onsite. You will oversee accounting, admin, procurement, and operational controls while mentoring a junior admin.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, hands-on with Zoho Books, strong ledger and cash handling skills, and a practical mindset. Onsite role with direct reporting to Senior Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting and admin/operations.
• Hands-on with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).
• Strong ledger, reconciliation, and cash handling skills.
• Practical mindset—ownership and problem-solving attitude.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and vendor coordination.
• Manage inventory tracking and basic controls.
• Handle administrative operations and logistics.
• Make daily entries in Zoho Books (sales and expenses).
• Maintain ledgers and ensure clean, accurate books.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash with tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate and report to Senior Finance Manager.
• Track attendance and internal documentation.
• Draft contracts and vendor agreements; basic documentation.
• Coordinate government-related matters as required.
• Keep systems, records, and processes organized.
