Job summary

Safa Fitness Club at Safa Gold Mall, Islamabad, is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations and keep the facility running at a high standard. You will oversee multiple departments and ensure stellar member service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in operations or facility management, with leadership skills and experience coordinating vendors. This is a full-time position reporting to the General Manager, offering opportunities to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of operations or facility management experience (fitness, hospitality, wellness, or service industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, and service management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments, vendors, and operational teams.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility/maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities
