Truck It In in Multan, Pakistan, is seeking an Operations Executive to join the Fulfilment team and drive efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (HEC-recognized) and has 2–3 years of experience in logistics or fulfilment.

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or fulfilment operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily client shipment requirements and resolve delivery-affecting issues in real time to protect SLA commitments.
• Plan daily vehicle-route assignments and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to guarantee vehicle availability and on-time dispatch.
• Supervise up to 10 dispatch coordinators/drivers, setting daily targets and ensuring on-time performance.
• Track dispatch KPIs (on-time %, vehicle utilization, turnaround time), flag deviations and roll out fixes.

What We're Looking For:
