Sanaullah and Co. in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking an Operations Associate to coordinate day-to-day operational activities and act as a liaison between Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Internal Audit.

This role ensures processes are well documented and aligned with internal controls. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in office administration or operations, with ACCA/CA/ICMA qualifications or a related degree and strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA/ICMA qualified or finalist, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in office administration or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, Finance, Accounting and Audit.
• Support invoice processing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and payments.
• Ensure transactions comply with accounting policies.
• Maintain records for internal and external audits.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and internal controls.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on operational issues.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
