Job summary

ACCA Careers in Karachi is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will lead a small finance team and coordinate with other departments to deliver timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds ACCA or CA Finalist status, 3–4 years in finance, and strong knowledge of accounting principles, QuickBooks, and MS Office, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• ACCA / CA Finalist (Article ship completed).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a supervisory role.
• BPO experience will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise finance functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, exception items & fixed asset accounting.
• Analyze periodic reports and reconcile financial data.
• Oversees and prepares entries and adjustments to records, files, and statements.
• Assist with financial and variance analysis and ensure delivery quality standards.
• Ensure finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards.
• Direct, supervise, and assist in appraising finance personnel.
