Job summary

Small growing company in Karachi is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline operational activities with a focus on coordination with clients and shipping lines in Canada. The role requires clear English communication and accurate monthly reporting, on-site at the Karachi office.

The position operates on-site with an evening shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) from Monday to Friday, with every last Saturday of each month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in operations coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience with the Canadian market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and shipping lines.
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support efficient processes and assist the operations team.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly reports.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges; escalate as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks to improve department efficiency.
