The role is onsite night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Own claims end-to-end: submission, follow-up, denials
• Analyze the revenue cycle and flag bottlenecks
• Coordinate with QA and team leads on problem accounts
• Keep collections moving toward a 95%+ net collection rate
