Job summary

SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking a versatile Business Development Manager from the Civil Engineering field to lead project execution and commercial growth in Lahore. You will win new construction projects and take full operational ownership to deliver on time, within budget, and to technical specifications.

The role requires 6–10 years of civil project execution and technical sales experience, PEC registration, and expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registration required).
6–10 years of combined experience in civil project execution and technical sales/business development preferred.
Experience in tendering, BOQs, drawings and contract knowledge (FIDIC/local) is expected.

Responsibilities

Win new construction contracts across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Engage clients including developers, consultants and general contractors to expand market footprint.
Prepare competitive proposals and tender bids based on project specifications and drawings.
Oversee site lifecycles from ground-breaking to handover ensuring safety and quality.
Manage schedules, milestones, resources and budget variance; coordinate with internal teams.
