Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking a Data Dialer & VOIP (Admin) Specialist to join our team and support VOIP and dialer systems. You will manage VOIP infrastructure, campaigns, and ViciDial configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT and operations.

The role requires 6–12 months of hands-on VOIP or data dialer support experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills. Work is office-based with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily VOIP support and troubleshooting, addressing user queries and service interruptions.

• Administer and optimize data dialer systems, including campaigns and lists.
• Manage ViciDial settings, users, campaigns, and configurations.
• Resolve VOIP and network issues quickly to minimize disruption.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches for security.
• Document issues and resolutions with detailed logs.
• Analyze dialer performance to improve campaigns and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and management for integration.
• Provide training and support to internal users on VOIP and dialer tools.
• Implement best practices for scalable VOIP and dialer management.
