You will identify leads, present property options, coordinate meetings and visits, and maintain an organized CRM-driven pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and qualified leads.
• Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Ability to arrange client meetings and coordinate visits.
• Knowledge of Islamabad real estate market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers through referrals, enquiries, and suitable prospecting activities.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines, then recommend relevant properties and development projects.
• Present property features, pricing, payment plans, and project information accurately and professionally.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings and property or project visits, and follow up promptly on enquiries.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, client interactions, and sales progress using company records or CRM tools.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and coordinate documentation and handover steps with internal teams.
• Monitor local market activity and share client feedback and sales updates with management.
