Resolve Digital LLC in Rawalpindi seeks a full-time, on-site Cold Caller to drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups. Based in Bahria Town Phase 8, you will use CRM tools and scripts to hit daily targets while keeping precise call logs and delivering a positive customer experience.

Strong English communication, basic IT skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset are essential. Prior call center or sales exposure is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening with clear phone etiquette.
• Proven sales or customer service background, including cold calling or telesales.
• Basic computer literacy and CRM usage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with effective time management.
• Professional demeanor and resilience in handling rejection.
• High school diploma or equivalent; call center or sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bahria Town Phase 8 and follow schedules.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce services.
