Job summary

One Stop BPO in Rawalpindi is seeking an experienced on-site Call Center Closer Agent to close sales on outbound and inbound calls. The role is full-time and located on-site in Rawalpindi, with targets to achieve and KPIs to meet.

You will follow up on leads, present services clearly, handle questions and objections, and document call outcomes in CRM while collaborating with supervisors to refine closing techniques and scripts. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing capabilities from CS reps or support roles.
• Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, persuasion, rapport building.
• Proficient with CRM tools, call center software, and basic office apps.
• Experience in a call center or sales closing, ideally outbound to international clients.
• Fluent spoken English; extra languages are a plus.
• Goal-oriented; able to work under pressure to meet KPIs.
• Minimum high school education; business/communications education is a plus.
