Job summary

Troxis, a Lahore-based software company, is hiring an Operations Assistant for night shifts to support daily operations, reporting, and process improvement from Johar Town, Lahore. Requires MBA and strong English communication, with Proficiency in Excel/Word and AI tools.

The candidate will prepare reports, track KPIs, coordinate with internal teams, and help implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA in Operations, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of operations, coordination, or administration experience.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational activities and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and trackers.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Prepare documents, meeting notes, and SOPs.
• Use AI tools for research, documentation, reporting, and productivity.
