Go Mobit in Rawalpindi is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive with 1-2 years of HR experience to manage recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

The role is full-time and on-site at Bahria Town, with working hours from 10AM to 7PM. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working autonomously or as part of a team, and able to handle HR operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Organize recruitment activities, schedule interviews, screen candidates and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain attendance logs, manage leave requests and keep HR records up to date.
• Support payroll processing and handle routine HR administrative tasks.
• Assist in employee engagement programs and respond to staff inquiries.
• Coordinate performance management processes and internal HR initiatives.
