Job summary

THE SIGNUPS in Lahore is seeking a Sales Closer (Digital Marketing) for an on-site role in Johar Town. You will engage qualified leads, identify client needs, present digital marketing solutions, and close deals.

Responsibilities include the full sales cycle, CRM updates, proposals, negotiations, and training sales agents. Night shift (7:00 PM–4:00 AM), Mon–Fri with weekends off. Base salary plus commission and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales closing in digital marketing or related services.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong objection-handling abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience with B2B sales, CRM tools, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified leads through calls and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Present service packages, pricing, and proposals professionally.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales successfully.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and a structured follow-up process.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for effective client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Train, guide, and monitor sales agents to improve team performance.
• Contribute to improving sales scripts, follow-up strategies, and closing processes.
