Growth Scale Agencey is seeking an experienced Sales Closer in Lahore to turn qualified leads into paying clients. You will sell our digital marketing and IT services, run sales calls and client meetings, and close deals. A target-driven track record is essential, including night shifts on-site in Johar Town.

Key responsibilities include converting leads, presenting services, handling objections, negotiating terms, and building lasting client relationships to meet monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of proven experience in sales closing.
• Experience selling digital marketing and/or IT services.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
• Willingness to work night shifts on-site in Johar Town, Lahore.
