Job summary

Orient Biz Tech in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Digital Marketing Outbound Sales Closer for a full-time on-site role. You will qualify leads, present digital marketing and BPO solutions, and guide prospects through the sales process to closing deals.

You will maintain a structured CRM pipeline, coordinate with Marketing and Operations, prepare proposals, and ensure timely, accurate closures. The role is target-driven and requires consistent performance against set sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in closings and deal closure in outbound sales or similar target-driven environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening.
• Experience with escrow processes and documentation, when secure transactions are required.
• Experience in digital marketing or BPO sales, with ability to explain service offerings and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualify leads and present digital marketing and BPO solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sales process to successful deal closure and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate terms and manage escrow-related steps where applicable.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update CRM records; collaborate with Marketing and Operations.
• Deliver professional customer service to build long-term client relationships and achieve KPIs.
