ACE CPAs is a CPA-led accounting and advisory firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, serving business owners across the US. Our team books meetings for the sales force and tracks all activities in the GoHighLevel CRM.

The role requires calling US business owners and bankers, following a strict cadence, and ensuring quality booking standards. You will operate on-site in Gulistan e Johar, Karachi, with a fixed monthly base plus uncapped commission.

Formación

• 1+ years of US outbound calling (appointment setting, cold calling, inside sales, or call center).
• 200+ outbound calls per day on a power/auto dialer.
• Logged calls in a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho) and cleaned calling lists.
• Clear spoken and written English for US business calls, notes, and emails.
• Preferred: GoHighLevel, WAVV, and calling US businesses (B2B).

Responsabilidades

• Call US business owners, buyers, and bankers to book meetings for the sales team.
• Log every contact, call, and deal in the CRM.
• Follow the cadence of calls, texts, and emails to the end.
• Ensure six booking checks are completed on the call.
• Report to the Sales Manager and coordinate with team.
