Hiring: Appointment Setter (US Market) — On-Site, Lahore

We are a US-based SaaS company looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to book demo meetings with US home-service business owners in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Your role is simple and focused: call prospects, deliver a clear 60-second pitch, and book a 15-minute demo. You will not be responsible for closing sales — the founder handles all demos and closing.

Compensation

• PKR 2,000 per completed demo where the prospect attends and completes the demo
• Monthly performance bonuses:
• Strong performers can earn approximately PKR 90,000–120,000/month
