Job summary
Engro Enfrashare is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager NOC to lead back-office operations in Islamabad. You will oversee RMS, monitor SLA compliance, and drive automation across monitoring platforms to ensure high availability of telecom infrastructure.
The role requires 6–8 years in Telecom/RMS or tower environments, strong data analytics skills with Power BI/Python/SQL/Tableau, and proven leadership for cross-functional teams and vendors. Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 6–8 years in Telecom, RMS, or tower operations.
- Experience with data analytics, automation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead back-office NOC operations and FLM support.
- Monitor SLA performance and perform reconciliations.
- Drive automation across monitoring platforms.
- Manage RMS integration and telemetry reporting.
- Prepare dashboards and insights for management.
- Lead cross-functional projects with field teams and vendors.
- Mentor engineering talent and drive process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to site monitoring protocols and alarm management.
